For most church planters with limited resources and time, we have to be careful what conferences we'll spend our time and money attending.
What are your ALL-TIME-WON'T-MISS-FOR-ANYTHING conferences? What are your favorites as a church planter?
Second, you've allocated finances to send staff to conferences: which ones are the MUST-ATTEND for: worship, children's ministry, administration, youth, hospitality, small groups?

Besides the Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethern Churches, I would have to go with the Exponential Conference - www.exponentialconference.org/
I went in 07 after deciding to launch a church and it opened my eyes to the resources available.
My team went to the online New Spring Church conference this year for free. Love it! - www.newspring.cc/unleash/
Gerald Brooks Leadership Conference
Great Price ($50) and you walk away with 7 or 8 books. Definitely worth the money. I pricelined my hotel and stayed at the Hyatt Place down the street for $45. For more information, http://www.growingothers.com/
I would have to agree with Rusty - the N. Tx. Leadership Conference is good. And I have been to the Canadian Conf. of Mennonite Brethren - that's good too. Either one would work depending on which one is closer to you.
